Catherine

This 12 year old girl packs a punch to the heart!  Catherine (pronounced Cat-a-rine) joined Wesley Home for Youth in January 2010 and is a treasure to the home.   Her sweet spirit speaks much louder than her voice.

Catherine's parents separated before her birth and was abandoned by her mother soon after she was born.  She was left in the care of her elderly grandmother.  Although Catherine's "lola" did her best to care for her, she was unable to provide funds for her education.   She is hopeful for a better future through Wesley Home.

Catherine works hard to complete her chores and help in the kitchen.  When she is finished she eagerly begins helping her house-siblings with their responsibilities.

Cathy is doing very well in her studies.  She loves to express herself through singing and dancing!  She can be seen singing with all her heart during worship services.
